I think I'm just about ready to post the rest of the Album! I've been playing catch-up pretty much continuously the entire year, since I started the project at the end of March, and I can't wait to have only one week to work on at a time! So I'm planning a few more 4-week posts and then, probably starting Week 39, I'll post each week one at a time.
Week 21 Full Spread.

Week 21 Left Side. The picture of my desk was me messing around with a new app I got. I put in a quote from The Big Bang Theory. Tyler and I were watching it one night, and that line made me laugh so hard that I asked Tyler to email it to me so I wouldn't forget.
Week 21 Right Side. Speaking of Big Bang Theory, the "bazinga!" card was one of the shirt.woots one day, and I snatched the picture. Honestly I'm kind of kicking myself for not just buying the shirt.
Week 22 Full Spread.
Week 22 Left Side. Lots of pictures. I took the conversations with Lincoln from a post I put on our family blog.
Week 22 Right Side. Mostly pictures again. Two books this week and a new recipe. I got the "smallest things" quote print here. I used my trusty Phonto app to put the labels on the Peekaboo! picture.
Week 23 Full Spread.
Week 23 Left Side. The "Ermagersh" meme cracks me up. I got the Happy Summer print here. I had to cut the caption off the comic, but I'm going to add the title, which is "The difference between a man's cold and a woman's cold." (I pinned it here.) I also plan to mention that Tyler and I are the opposite. Lucky me, not-so-lucky Tyler.
Week 23 Right Side. Isn't that Diamond Jubilee card awesome? I got it here from Design Editor. Hers is vertical, so I just matched the color (using Paint) and added a box on the side (in Word) to change the orientation. Also, confession: I forgot to take a picture of my bang bang shrimp at Bonefish Grill! I know! Who does that?! So I just googled "bang bang shrimp" and used a picture someone else posted. They all look the same, right?
Week 24 Full Spread.
Week 24 Left Side. Lots of miscellany. If the picture of the baggie ice cream looks familiar to anybody, it's because I stole it from the blog where I got the directions. Guys, I'm terrible at remembering to photograph my food!
Week 24 Right Side. Good thing I remembered to take a picture of the oatmeal. I got the Summer subway art from eighteen25. I think I've used most of their subway art freebies. I don't know what I'm going to do next year.
Thanks for looking! You can check out my other Project Life pages here.

You doing a great job at playing 'catch up'!
ReplyDeleteThanks, Jessica! I finally had to let go of the need for it to be perfect before I posted. :) So I'll get 'em all up, and then I can make changes if I want to.
DeleteGreat set of weeks ! Thanks for sharing it with us.
ReplyDeleteI love all the computer journaling you do. I can't decide whether to do it (so much work!) or stick with my bad handwriting.
ReplyDeleteThanks, Anandi! It's actually not too much more work - I just format all the cards for one week and print them out, then I can cut all my pictures and journaling cards at the same time and then just slip them into my album. I originally wanted to include more handwritten journaling, but this seems to be working better for now. :)
DeleteLove the art progression pictures on the L painting...that's such a good idea too! Also, I'm a complete misery when I'm sick. I go through my day and do what I have to, but make sure everyone knows that it's not what I want to be doing. It's terrible.
ReplyDeleteI love your pages, especially all the quotes from your kiddos.
